I’m a huge fan of screenwriter, director, creator Mike White for what he’s accomplished with THE WHITE LOTUS TV series.
I’ve loved every season of the black comedy because the formula works so well: place a bunch of entitled, twisted rich people together in a fantasy-beautiful location and watch them get ugly. But that’s where the formula ends. The interplay among the characters — the looks they give one another and the dialogue — makes each season unique.
This season’s location is the fictional luxury White Lotus hotel in Thailand. Walton Goggins (FALLOUT, JUSTIFIED), Aimee Lou Wood (SEX EDUCATION), Parker Posey (DAZED AND CONFUSED, among dozens of other movies), and the list of fabulous actors goes on.
Have you seen the series? What do you think?
