If you’d asked me when I was 30 how well I knew myself, I would have said, “Very well!
Life taught me otherwise.
Fortunately, writing BLISS ROAD, about growing up in a neurodiverse family, did the trick, though there were no tricks involved. Only lots of hard work and learning to be kind to myself until finally understanding who I am.
And it must be true, because look at the results I got from this self-awareness quiz. Ha!
