I know, I know! BLISS ROAD was published last week and already I’m starting to promote my next book! It’s historical fiction and takes place in what’s now southern Connecticut where my sisters live.
I’ll tell you more in the coming weeks, but let it be known the book features significant references to these three animals, including the hummingbird, which, as you know, is my favorite bird.
So far this spring, my husband and I have had two hummingbird mamas create a nest each on their favorite item: our patio wind chimes. Mama Helen did a great job raising Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, who flew away without incident. And Mama Jane launched Jeckyll and Hyde a week ago, so all’s well.
